Nature & Purpose of Processing

  • Manage and deliver chauffeur services

  • Communicate booking details and ensure passenger safety

  • Provide invoicing and reporting

 

Obligations of Chauffeur1325 Ltd

As the Processor, we shall:

  • Process data only on documented instructions.

  • Ensure staff are trained in confidentiality and implement security measures.

  • Notify the Controller of data breaches without undue delay.

  • Delete or return data at the end of service unless legally required to retain it.

 

3. Terms & Conditions — Chauffeur Services

Booking & Payment

  • Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive written or electronic confirmation.

  • Pricing: Additional charges may apply for extra waiting time, additional stops, parking, or tolls.

  • Payment: We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, ApplePay, and GooglePay.

 

Cancellations & Waiting Time

Airport Pickup 1 Hour post-landing <24h notice: Up to 100% fare
No-Show After grace period Full fare charged

 

Passenger Conduct & Safety

  • Requirements: Passengers must wear seatbelts and refrain from smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances.

  • Refusal of Service: We may terminate a journey if a passenger is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk.

  • Liability: We strive for punctuality but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road closures.
